Exchange Policy

At Blckorack, we value your trust and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If your order doesn’t fit as expected, you can easily exchange it for a different size under the following terms and conditions:
Exchange Booking
Exchange requests must be booked within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please DM us on Instagram at @blckorack.in.
Exchange Pickup
Once your exchange is booked, a delivery partner will pick up the product from your address within 48 hours.
Exchange Charges
A ₹150 exchange charge will be applicable. This amount covers the pickup and re-shipping process and must be paid before dispatch of the exchanged item.
Quality Check & Processing
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). After successful QC approval, the new size will be shipped to you.
Timelines
The complete exchange process usually takes 6–7 working days from the date of pickup.
Important Note
• Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. • Exchanges are only applicable for size issues and are subject to product availability. • Products that fail QC or are found to be worn/used will not be eligible for exchange.
